Name the Station is published on a non-professional basis. In line with that status the publisher's name and postal address are not shown here; they are held by the host and disclosed to any authority entitled to request them. For any matter concerning the site, write to [email protected].

The application, its database and its file storage are hosted by Railway Corporation, 548 Market St PMB 68956, San Francisco, California 94104. Network protection and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, California 94107, whose infrastructure serves the site from the Netherlands.
Representatives in the European Union
Both providers have designated a representative in the European Union: Railway Corp, Ballindamm 39, 20095 Hamburg for the host, and Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosenheimer Straße 143C, 81671 München for the content delivery network.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, code, design and illustrations of this site are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, adaptation or reuse without prior permission is not allowed.
Transit data and maps
Lines, stations, connections and route geometry come from official operator and government publications and remain subject to their own licences. Each source, its licence and its retrieval date are listed on the page of the city concerned. Base maps are provided by OpenStreetMap and CARTO.
Operator names and marks
Line names, official logos and line colours belong to their respective operators. They are shown to identify a network faithfully and do not imply any partnership with, or endorsement by, those operators.
Personal data
The site collects only what it needs to run: your email address and the identifiers returned by the sign-in provider you choose, the username you pick, your game history, and technical records such as the session IP address. Nothing is sold or handed to third parties for commercial purposes, and no third-party analytics or advertising tool is used. The privacy policy sets out what is kept, on what legal basis and for how long, together with your rights under the GDPR.
